| EMSDC has funding available for many of the real estate development initiatives associated with East Market Street Revitalization such as building and landscaping improvements, road construction realignment, and parking lot renovations. EMSDC Site and Façade loan program lends up to ,000 for façade and landscape improvements; Real Estate loan program provides gap financing to augment other sources of capital for new business development in the EMS corridor.
